Positive Shepherd Centres is seeking a Senior Case Manager in Hamilton to lead trauma-informed, client-centered case management for individuals facing homelessness and complex needs. You will coordinate with partners, support housing stabilization, and mentor a dedicated team to apply Housing First and harm reduction principles.

The role requires 3–5 years in case management, a relevant degree, and a driver’s licence.
