KWS in West Kelowna Transition House seeks a Frontline Support Worker to assist program participants and their children at risk of domestic abuse. You will provide safety, advocacy, crisis intervention, information, education, and temporary housing coordination within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include intake, safety planning, active listening, and referrals to services, while maintaining records and collaborating with agencies.
