CarePartners is seeking a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to deliver wound and ostomy consultations in clinic and community settings. The NSWOC will drive self-management for patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

The organization provides orientation, clinical support, iPads, and necessary equipment for assessments. We are looking for Nurses with NSWOC certification who desire adaptable schedules.
