In this full-time role, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities involve conducting code-compliant inspections, analyzing fire alarms, and proposing risk assessments. You will collaborate with building occupants and facility managers to ensure adherence to ULC, NFC, and NFPA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct facility inspections for fire safety compliance
• Analyze fire alarm systems and implement necessary repairs
• Communicate solutions for alarm causes and concerns
• Assist with the coordination of evacuation plans
• Support property management with fire safety training
Requirements:
• College diploma in Fire Protection or equivalent
• Completion of Canadian Fire Alarm Association certification
• Strong communication of technical information
• Positive knowledge of fire safety practices and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
