Kepler Communications seeks a Senior Spectrum Engineer to ensure next‑gen low‑Earth orbit satellite systems comply with ITU regulations and spectrum constraints. You will translate regulatory requirements into system-level specifications and drive spectrum strategy across multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead analyses, build models, and contribute to software tools for performance evaluation while guiding risk mitigation and regulatory submissions.
