Lead product engineering initiatives with Cozey as a hands-on Manager, Product Engineering & Innovation. Collaborate with designers, focus on prototyping, and solve engineering challenges in Montreal.

This position is based in-person at Cozey’s Montreal head office. As the Manager of Product Engineering & Innovation, you will work directly with our design team to address complex engineering challenges throughout the product development lifecycle. Your role encompasses system design, platform innovations, and continuous improvement to enhance product quality and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with designers on product development challenges • Design reusable platform innovations for diverse product lines • Simplify existing product platforms for better performance • Tackle engineering issues relating to packaging constraints • Implement customer feedback into actionable improvements

Requirements: • 5 to 8+ years in product or mechanical engineering • Solid mechanical design and materials understanding • Proficient in CAD software like SolidWorks or Fusion 360 • Collaborative mindset with a focus on simplification • Excellent communication skills to bridge engineering and non-engineering teams
