This role focuses on enabling clients to engage in the community, develop skills, and enhance their self-worth. Successful candidates will have a background in Human Services or related fields, with prior experience considered an asset. You will guide clients through meaningful activities while fostering positive relationships and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in community participation and activities
• Implement and monitor client-focused daily opportunities
• Foster personal relationships and self-worth in clients




• Communicate effectively and maintain public relations
• Work independently while interacting with clients
Requirements:
• Completion of a Human Services program or related degree
• Previous experience in client services is an asset
• Robust problem-solving and communication capabilities
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
• Satisfactory criminal record check required
