Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation




• Coordinate the recruitment process from posting to offers
• Counsel on policies and employment legislation
• Support onboarding and staff training
Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRL or CHRE designation, or progress towards it
• 6+ years of HR experience across multiple areas
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
