You will assist residents by answering inquiries, scheduling vendor access, and maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Your responsibilities will include managing messages and conducting property patrols to ensure safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and clarify residents’ needs with prompt responses
• Schedule access for authorized service vendors
• Enforce property rules and regulations accurately




• Conduct routine patrols throughout the premises

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
