Southern Health-Santé Sud Vita & District Health Centre is seeking a Health Care Aide to support residents with daily living activities under nursing supervision. This in-person, 0.5 FTE role requires dedication to person-centered care and adherence to care plans and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Health Care Aide Certificate and Grade 12, with current BLS certification. Ability to work days, evenings and weekends, and bilingual English/French ability are valued in our diverse
