ONroute is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned brand(s) at our travel centres across Ontario. You will manage the hourly team, deliver sales targets, inventory, and customer service excellence, reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, health & safety, audits, and acting as Manager-in-Charge when the GM/AGM are not in plaza. Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience required.
