Elk Valley Resources (EVR) is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to lead maintenance in the shop and pit, overseeing trades, scheduling, continuous improvement, and staffing to meet company standards.

The role requires solid organizational and communication skills, ability to coordinate teams, and a focus on safety and problem-solving in a quick-paced setting. It follows a 4x4 day shift rotation in the Elk Valley of British Columbia.
