Informa is seeking an experienced senior remuneration qualified to join our global rewards team at our 5 Howick Place office. The role focuses on Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR) compliance, RemCo support, and the design and delivery of short- and long-term incentive plans.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external advisors to craft executive reward strategies and governance frameworks. Ideal candidates will have deep IFRS2 knowledge, experience with equity plan rules, and the
