In this in office role reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be a friendly resource for customers in our retail stores. You'll engage with customers using our POS system, assist in inventory management, and promote our Spirit of Sustainability campaign. Your goal will be to contribute positively to every customer's holiday shopping journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers promptly using our cash system
• Ask for donations during sustainability campaigns
• Participate in customer experience surveys
• Manage inventory and replenish stock regularly
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
• Availability on holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly
