About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled and therapeutic Advanced Massage Therapist to join their wellness center in Kimberley . This role requires a deep understanding of human anatomy and a variety of massage techniques to address client needs, from relaxation to therapeutic pain relief. You will provide personalized massage sessions, assess client conditions, and recommend ongoing treatment plans. Key Responsibilities

- Perform a range of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
- Assess clients' physical condition and pain points to develop customized massage treatment plans.
- Apply appropriate pressure and techniques to relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve circulation.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage and provide recommendations for self-care and stretching.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and tranquil treatment space according to professional standards.
- Schedule client appointments and manage client records and progress notes.

Requirements

- National diploma or certification in Massage Therapy.
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience as a Massage Therapist.
- Proficiency in multiple massage techniques and therapeutic approaches.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent palpation skills and ability to identify problematic muscle tissue.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and qualified demeanor.
