Lead inventory operations with BC Ferries as an Inventory Supervisor, ensuring the fleet's operational readiness. Your expertise in inventory management will be crucial to our success.
In this role, you will oversee inventory operations in collaboration with various teams. Reporting to the Manager of Warehouse & Inventory, you'll manage the BC Ferries inventory system, develop procedures, and generate reports. Your robust leadership and analytical abilities will help maintain high inventory accuracy, foster continuous improvement, and drive efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the BC Ferries inventory system and enhancements
• Establish stocking levels by analyzing data and determining reorder points




• Maintain quality assurance standards through collaboration
• Plan and organize inventory counts, resolving discrepancies
• Lead the inventory team, providing training and support
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of Inventory Control experience
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
