Based at 20 Bay Street, Toronto, Metrolinx is seeking two Senior Advisors to lead agreement development and negotiation. You will help Project Delivery Teams manage agreements and mitigate risks associated with urban infrastructure projects. This role requires proven experience in transportation planning, consulting, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate agreement strategies with stakeholders
• Provide advice to Project Delivery Teams on agreements
• Implement risk mitigation strategies across project lifecycles




• Monitor and proactively address project risks and constraints
• Lead negotiations with municipal and regional partners
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in municipal or infrastructure roles
• Degree in engineering, urban planning, or related field
• Knowledge of Ontario's planning and safety acts
• Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
