TASK DESCRIPTION Management of complex miscellaneous metal and structural steel projects Planning and monitoring of project schedules, including drawings, procurement, fabrication, installation and subcontracting Technical coordination with specialized drafters and engineers Site measurements and coordination with general contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders Monitoring of project budgets and timelines Change order management Follow-up on project invoicing Project closeout QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION CRITERIA Project management experience in structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors,
