Sales Manager – Destination Wedding Consultant (Commission-Based, High-Ticket)

About the Role

Dreamwed is looking for a driven, client-focused Sales Manager to join our team as a Destination Wedding Consultant . This is a high-ticket, commission-based role ideal for ambitious sales professionals who thrive on closing premium deals and building long-term client relationships in the wedding and luxury travel space.

You’ll be responsible for consulting high-net-worth clients , primarily from the South Asian diaspora in Canada and the U.S., on planning and booking their dream destination weddings . You’ll guide them through venue selection, travel logistics, vendor coordination, and custom packages—turning visions into unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with engaged couples and families to understand their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
- Present and sell high-value destination wedding packages (average ticket: $50K–$150K+)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Coordinate with internal operations, travel, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




- Represent Dreamwed at bridal expos, networking events, and community functions

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales , luxury travel, wedding planning, or hospitality
- Proven track record of closing deals valued at $20K+
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with South Asian wedding customs and client expectations (strong asset)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Based in or willing to relocate to Greater Toronto Area
