Plan material, parts, and equipment requirements needed for maintenance activities.

Motivate and support the team in achieving performance objectives.

Actively participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment and processes.

Promote and enforce health and safety standards in the workplace.

Ensure effective communication between departments to support smooth operations.

Job requirements College diploma (DEC) or relevant training in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of automated, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
