Our client, an architectural firm with major institutional projects (transportation, healthcare, etc.) is looking for a Construction Site Supervisor, (40% travel within the Greater Montreal area).

Manage all aspects of construction projects of varying sizes and complexity, depending on your level of experience; Work closely with a lead architect; Review shop drawings; Conduct site inspections and prepare reports; Prepare all documentation related to construction progress and project delivery; Participate in the continuous improvement process of the site supervision department.

Requirements: Bachelor's in Architecture, member of OAQ; At least 8 years of experience in construction site supervision and administration, (experience with institutional projects is a plus); Asset: Ability to work on fixed-price or fee basis contracts; Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; ASP certificate; asset: training in harnesses and work at heights and confined spaces; Training or experience in construction litigation and schedules; Access to a vehicle; French.
