In this position, you will contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of net asset values across a diverse range of investment funds.

You will apply a solid understanding of accounting principles applicable to various fund structures, while supporting operational efficiency initiatives and maintaining effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Job Duties: Reporting to a team manager within the fund administration function, the Controller will help ensure the accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery of NAV-related processes.

Key responsibilities include: Support accurate and timely execution of fund accounting, NAV production, and related operational processes across various fund structures.

Review and support the accuracy of NAV calculations.

Assist management with NAV review and validation activities.

Monitor production workflows to help ensure timely completion and issue resolution.

Contribute to quality control, approval, risk management, and compliance activities.

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

Provide technical guidance to the team and support matters requiring subject matter expertise.

Document, review,



and improve procedures related to fund accounting and operational controls.

Maintain strong knowledge of NAV calculation, review practices, and fund accounting processes.

Participate in recurring team discussions and operational meetings.

Strong proficiency with standard office (specifically for Microsoft Excel, and Word) and spreadsheet tools.

Capacity to learn and apply new concepts, systems, and processes quickly.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Experience with fund accounting, pricing, reporting, or related financial market operations.

Knowledge of fund products, accounting workflows, systems, and regulatory considerations.

Experience with fund accounting platforms or similar financial systems is considered an asset.
