Job description: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Representative to manage and develop a territory in Montreal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of products to healthcare professionals, building strong business relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales and territory performance objectives.

This is a field-based role requiring autonomy, initiative, strategic thinking, and a solid ability to influence and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within the territory.

Conduct regular visits with physicians, pharmacists, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, the competitive landscape, and the market.

Effectively manage the territory to achieve or exceed sales and activity targets.

Analyze territory data to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial strategies.

Plan and coordinate various promotional activities and programs with healthcare professionals.





Document sales activities and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Demonstrate creativity and initiative in identifying solutions and maximizing territory performance.

Skills and qualifications: University degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, ideally working with primary care healthcare professionals.

Proven experience in business development and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain a professional network.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory independently.

Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and a results-oriented approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
