In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, managing specimen collections and ensuring accurate test protocols are followed. You’ll also handle various tests like ECG tracings and maintain vital client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes
• Perform phlebotomies and connect/disconnect holter monitors
• Handle special test collections including drug screens




• Maintain client relationships and respond to inquiries
• Prepare specimens for testing and transportation
Requirements:
• Medical Laboratory Assistant program completion or equivalent experience
• Prior knowledge of phlebotomy is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Robust data entry proficiency
• Ability to work independently and in teams
