Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time, three-month temporary assignment in Châteauguay, QC.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will support a busy finance function within the waste management industry, helping ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and paid on time.

Key Responsibilities - Review, code, and process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. - Follow up on invoice approvals and ensure payments align with vendor terms. - Respond to vendor inquiries by phone and email in a qualified manner. - Prepare electronic payments and maintain accurate vendor records. - Set up new vendor accounts and ensure required information is complete. - Review staffing agency timesheets and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
