Tasks Plan and coordinate daily logistics operations, including local, long-distance, interprovincial, and cross-country shipments.

Assign third-party agency crews and contracted drivers, and communicate job requirements, load details, and delivery expectations.

Assess the requirements of each assignment, including shipment weight, site access, parking and loading restrictions, equipment needs, and crew sizing.

Coordinate long-distance shipments with external transportation partners.

Act as the primary operational decision-maker throughout the day by reassigning crews, reprioritizing work, and resolving delays, access issues, and service-related concerns.

Supervise one Operations Support Administrator responsible for customer communications, email management, documentation, and billing support.

Perform any other related duties as required.

Advantages Salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, based on experience.

Ability to work effectively despite constant interruptions and changing priorities while maintaining control of commitments and deadlines.

Professional background demonstrating stability and success in demanding work environments.

Robust sense of accountability, including the ability to acknowledge mistakes, correct them, and receive feedback constructively.

Excellent command of English combined with functional professional French in order to communicate with English-speaking colleagues (approximately 50% of the time); Spanish is considered a significant asset.
