providing all necessary job information prior to their arrival on siteBuild relationships and maintain close contact with customers during project activityField Crew SupportCompliance to regional Health and Safety requirements and Flynn policiesMonitor quality, safety, and training requirements through regular visits to project sitesOrder and manage Service Inventory, material best practices, and safety equipment distributionIdentification, training and coaching future ForemenWhat We Are Seeking5+ years experience in a Construction setting;
Service Glazing experience is preferredKnowledge of COMMERCIAL GLAZING Projects of varying size and scope, including curtainwall, exterior façade systems, metal cladding, interior glazing, skylights and handrails, etcAbility to read blueprints, architectural plans and shop drawingsAbility to lead crews, coach and mentor teamWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
