Role Overview
Client Partners play a pivotal role in our global growth strategy. In this role, you will own the overall executive relationship, account strategy, and rapid business expansion for a select client portfolio in Canada.

You will be responsible for driving top-line and bottom-line targets, positioning iGTB as a strategic technology partner, and expanding our footprint by selling cutting-edge software, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation solutions to senior bank executives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Relationship Leadership: Establish and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with key C-suite, CTO, CIO, VP, and Senior Director level decision-makers across both Technology and Business divisions.

Account Strategy & Revenue Growth: Own and achieve measurable P&L;, top-line revenue, and bottom-line profit targets across your assigned client portfolio.

Pipeline & Footprint Expansion: Position iGTB’s transaction banking, payments, and cash management solutions to identify new digital initiatives and build a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline.

Consultative Value Selling:



Build deep institutional trust by aligning Intellect’s platform capabilities with the client's strategic business goals and digital change agendas.

RFP & Proposal Leadership: Accountable for leading end-to-end RFP submissions, directing cross-functional proposal teams, and driving strategies to maximize win probability.

Cross-Functional Governance: Direct Account Managers and Project Delivery Managers to ensure superior work quality, seamless execution, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Gather competitive intelligence, track market moves, and provide continuous feedback to product teams on market trends affecting financial institutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 15–20+ years of progressive experience in client-facing executive roles or account leadership within IT professional services, enterprise software, or management consulting firms.

Domain Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in Commercial Banking, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, or Payments .

Sales Track Record: Proven, repeatable track record of meeting and exceeding annual multi-million-dollar sales quotas and driving account expansion.

C-Level Executive Presence: Hands-on experience building trusted advisor relationships with CTOs, CIOs, VPs, and Business Heads at Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks.

Global Delivery Model: Experience navigating and leveraging a global IT service delivery model (onshore/offshore engineering teams).

Consultative Mindset: Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and strategic consulting skills with a deep appreciation for modern fintech tools and architectures.
