Tasks 1.

Financial and Accounting Management Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and prepare financial statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee and coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with the external provider.

Ensure compliance with government remittances and tax obligations.

Maintain relationships with financial institutions, external auditors, and other professional partners.

Coordinate annual audit files and external information requests. 2.

Budgeting and Financial Analysis Coordinate the annual budgeting and financial planning process.

Analyze financial results and explain variances against forecasts.

Conduct profitability, cost, and operational performance analyses.

Recommend measures to improve productivity and company profitability.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Provide financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Present financial results and recommendations to management. 3.

Continuous Improvement Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to financial processes and controls.

Job requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation (strong asset).

Minimum of 5 to 10 years of accounting experience.

Experience supervising a team.
