Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate, competitive bids aligned with project scope
• Manage billing, invoicing, and project documentation




• Facilitate project kickoff and site meetings professionally
• Monitor project budgets and implement financial controls
• Act as liaison between owners, contractors, and teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
• 3-5 years' experience in civil construction or highway infrastructure
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
• Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel 10% for project needs
