Take a leadership role in childhood education with the Manitoba Métis Federation located in Winnipeg, MB. This full time position enhances Licensed Home Child Care programs while ensuring compliance and best practices.

As the Childhood Education Lead at the Manitoba Métis Federation, you will report to the Manager of Childhood Education and guide Licensed Home Child Care providers. This role involves developing curriculum guidelines, coordinating ECE student practicum placements, and monitoring compliance with provincial standards.

Your leadership will support high educational practices and promote the development of child care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Licensed Home Child Care provider guidance
Develop and evaluate curriculum guidelines




Coordinate student practicum placements
Monitor compliance with licensing standards
Create training materials for providers and students

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and ECE III Diploma
Minimum five years in a relevant management role
Two years experience in program development
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid Manitoba Driver’s License and ability to travel
