In this role, you will act as a vital link between importers, exporters, and government agencies.

You will oversee the preparation and processing of customs documentation, ensure strict compliance with import/export regulations, and facilitate the smooth, timely clearance of international freight.

- Ensure entries comply with trade laws - Manage client inquiries on trade agreements and resolve holds, exams, or entry rejections with officials to prevent delays. - Maintain organized entry files to ensure full post-clearance audit readiness.

Qualifications - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in customs brokerage, import operations, or international logistics. - Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is highly preferred (or a willingness to pursue certification). - Experience with entry-writing software (e.g., Cargo

Wise, Descartes, Integration Point) and direct interface systems (like US ACE, Canadian ACROSS, or regional customs portals). - Solid understanding of HS classification rules, Incoterms, free trade agreements, and valuation methods. - High attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
