Become the main point of contact for vendors as a Procurement Coordinator with Vaco/Highspring in the Greater Toronto Area. Engage with suppliers and ensure that deliveries align with our Master Supply Plan.

In this role, you will handle procurement coordination with a focus on managing purchase orders and shipments both locally and internationally. You'll monitor deliveries, identify potential delays, and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues, maintaining streamlined communication throughout.

Effective supplier management and accurate updates to the ERP system are critical for supporting supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships and follow up on purchase orders
Verify shipment statuses and production timelines




React quickly to supply issues and operational delays
Document and organize shipping information accurately
Collaborate across departments for supply chain efficiency

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or supply chain
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Solid communication skills
Diploma or degree in a related field preferred
Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
