TEKsystems in Halifax, NS, is seeking a Customer Service Professional to support members, plan sponsors, and internal stakeholders with inquiries related to group insurance benefits. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and strive to deliver an exceptional service experience.

Training is in office for 4–5 weeks, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM AST, after which the role becomes hybrid with three days in the office.
