Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Vaughan near Rutherford and Keele.

As a Production Associate, you will support daily production by assembling components, operating machinery, checking product quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Key Responsibilities - Assemble parts and components according to production instructions, specifications, and quality standards. - Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in a busy manufacturing environment. - Monitor machines during operation and report equipment issues, defects, or malfunctions to a supervisor. - Perform basic quality checks, packing, labeling, sorting, and material movement as required. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all health and safety procedures. - Meet daily production targets while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits - Pay rate: $18.00 per hour. - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. - Overtime: Available after 40 hours per week. - Location: Vaughan, near Rutherford and Keele, L4K 5C2.
