Role Overview (Part Time/Full Time.

Rotating shifts including weekends) We are seeking a highly client-focused and sales-driven Offline Store Associate / Relationship Manager to join our retail store team.

The primary focus of this role is to engage customers, promote our trading platform and products, acquire new clients, and achieve sales KPIs related to account openings and account funding.

The role is also responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, supporting their product-use and account-funding needs, and delivering a high-quality in-store client experience.

The ideal candidate is confident working directly with clients, proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and knowledgeable about financial markets and investment products.

Experience with equity and options trading, as well as CIRO registration as a Registered Representative, would be highly valued.
