Job Title: Site Civil EngineerOur client isseeking a highly qualified Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Norwell, MA. This is a full time position with market-competitive salary and benefits.As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various real estate development projects. Your primary role will be to ensure that all site work is completed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company standards.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop site plans and designs for real estate development projectsConduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project planning and designPrepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimatesEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and codesCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors,



and other stakeholders to ensure timely and productive completion of site workMonitor construction progress and provide recommendations for any necessary changes or adjustmentsConduct quality control inspections to ensure work is completed to company standardsManage project budgets and timelinesCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and regulatory agenciesStay current with industry trends and advancements in site engineering technologyQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering for real estate development projectsStrong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codesProficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant softwareExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
