Asthe successful applicant, you will do the following:

- Assess,plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
- You willuse supportive, therapeutic, palliative and rehabilitative approaches to helppatients achieve their optimal level of health
- Provide careand support to patients and families




- Work collaboratively with our interprofessionalteam to deliver safe, coordinated, and high-quality patient care

WhatYou’ll Bring

Required

- Registration with the College of Nurses as an RPN

Preferred

- Coronary Care 1 certification
- One yearof appliable nursing experience
