We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Technical Customer Service Representative with an established manufacturer in the Toronto area!

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Provide technical customer service and product support to customers, dealers, and internal sales teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding seating products, specifications, installation, warranty, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve product-related issues by gathering information, identifying root causes, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Review product drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, and technical documentation to assist with customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and sales teams to resolve technical and product concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, issues, resolutions, and follow-up activities.




- Occasionally travel to customer sites in the GTA and outside of Canada

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2+ years of technical customer service, customer support, or quality assurance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting manufactured products, seating, hardware, or similar products is an asset.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand product specifications, drawings, components, and assembly processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and prioritize effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Able to travel locally and internationally

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 + benefits, pension
