The Low Carbon Energy Coordinator will support the Sîpihkisôwin (Resilience) initiative, assisting Métis citizens in navigating renewable energy applications and energy-effective upgrades. In this role, you will address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and connect citizens with cost-saving prospects.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the implementation of effective low-carbon energy initiatives across British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison for program applicants
Assist in completing and submitting application forms
Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and in-person




Review applications for compliance and completion
Update the program’s database with accurate applicant information

Requirements:
Diploma in environmental studies or related field
Minimum five years of program delivery or client services experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organization and communication skills
Understanding of Métis contributions to B.C.
