As a Licensed Electrician at Saputo, you will perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities while ensuring optimal operation of all electrical systems. This role requires a solid background in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, ideally in a food processing or manufacturing environment, with adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices.
You will operate independently, demonstrating strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair motors, generators, and hydraulic systems
Troubleshoot electrical control systems and related devices
Install and repair electrical wiring and components
Interpret blueprints and specifications for installations
Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
Certified Industrial Electrician
Experience in food processing or manufacturing preferred
Understanding of Positive Manufacturing Practices
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Capable of medium to heavy lifting
