Cogir Senior Living is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Fleetwood Villa team. You'll be responsible for delivering planned and goal-directed nursing care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. The position includes continuous training and offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care
Implement and evaluate care plans for residents
Complete clinical assessments and documentation accurately
Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
Communicate changes in resident care effectively
Requirements:
Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia
Sound clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
Robust communication and critical thinking skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required
Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
