Technical Lead Treasury Primary Skills: Treasury & Payment Platforms, Data Integration (ETL/APIs/SFTP), Production Support & Monitoring Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Onsite Job Type: Full Time Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Treasury with solid knowledge of treasury and payment platforms, data integration, and production operations support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with treasury or payment systems, bank connectivity, payment workflows, and enterprise data integration technologies.

The role involves supporting treasury operations, managing integrations, improving platform reliability, and designing rule-based or AI-enabled monitoring solutions to detect anomalies, failed login attempts, and unauthorized changes to approved transactions.

Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be eligible for Reliability Security Clearance and must have been residing in Canada for at least the past five years.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and operational support for treasury and payment platforms.

Support payment workflows, including wire transfers, ACH/EFT, and cheque processing.

Work with treasury platforms such as Kyriba, Bottomline Web

Series, bank connectivity solutions, and banking portals.

Manage and troubleshoot data feeds, ETL processes, APIs, SFTP integrations, and file-based data exchanges.

Support data integration and transformation using Informatica Power

Center, IDMC, or similar tools.

Monitor platform performance, investigate incidents, and resolve production issues.





Design and implement rule-based or AI-enabled monitoring solutions using historical data to identify anomalies and suspicious activities.

Detect and investigate failed login attempts, post-approval changes, payment exceptions, and other operational risks.

Collaborate with treasury operations, business stakeholders, application teams, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.

Maintain operational documentation, incident reports, monitoring rules, and support procedures.

Contribute to platform stability, process improvements, and production support best practices.

Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with treasury or payment platforms, such as Kyriba or Bottomline Web

Series.

Strong understanding of bank connectivity, banking portals, and payment processing flows, including wire transfers, ACH/EFT, and cheques.

Experience with data feeds, ETL processes, data repositories, and enterprise integrations.

Knowledge of Informatica IDMC, Informatica Power

Center, or comparable data integration tools.

Experience with APIs, SFTP, and file-based integrations.

Ability to design rule-based and/or AI-enabled monitoring solutions using historical data to detect anomalies and operational risks.

Strong operations support and production support experience.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, incident management, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements Must be eligible for Reliability Security Clearance.

Must have been residing in Canada for at least the past five years.

Must be available to work onsite in Toronto, ON.
