Job Description Deliverables: Provide expertise, consultative advice, guidance of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and framework Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in the development of stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management throughout the lifecycle of the project Lead, develop, implement and/or provide input in the development of sponsor roadmaps and communication and training plans throughout the lifecycle of the project Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers,



smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem solving resulting in successful implementation Support senior leadership by developing strategies to foster consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders to adapt to changes to align with the Ministry’s modernization strategy Identify potential people side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns Provide strategies methodologies and tools to measure outcomes and success of change implementation and adoption.

Develop plans for continuous improvement based on assessment of change success throughout the project life cycle.
