Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Translator (3+ years of experience) to translate and adapt internal procedures and frontline process content using MemoQ and Multiterm Join a Knowledge Management team supporting internal procedures and communication initiatives across multiple lines of business within a financial services setting.

This role works within an Agile pod translating and adapting internal content for frontline, telephone banking, and back-office processes.

The position offers exposure to cross-functional project work and collaboration with both English- and French-speaking content teams.

Candidates will work within a hybrid team workplace supporting ongoing internal content updates and new initiatives.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Wednesdays and every 3rd Friday of the month.



6 months Must Haves 3+ years in translation supporting French/English bilingual content Translation memory software including MemoQ and Multiterm Expert-level French and English bilingual communication BA in translation Nice to Have Working experience with translation tools including MemoQ Working in HTML Jira and Service

Point Experience working in Agile and large team environments Responsibilities Translate spoken and written materials from one language to another Facilitate communication by converting spoken and written language content Relay concepts and ideas between languages Edit and proofread translated text for language accuracy Adapt products or services for different language and cultural use Support project work related to internal procedures and frontline process content
