Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding and training of current DCTs
Requirements:
• 3+ years in recruiting or team staffing experience
• Ability to assess hands-on datacenter skills
• Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and operations
• Fluent English skills, written and spoken
• Organized and detail-oriented in database management
