Ops implementation experience Application security experience including certificate management Experience with AI-based tools including test automation solutions Experience resolving technical issues within a scrum team Responsibilities Develop new features and maintain existing application components using Microsoft technologies Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements based on business requirements Conduct technical investigations and root-cause analysis on application issues Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, procedures, and testing results Implement corrective actions to address identified technical issues Identify and implement improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency Collaborate with business analysts and UX designers to deliver interactive solutions
