The leader connecting it all. I’m working on a confidential search for a Director of Procurement & Logistics with a premium, high-growth food manufacturer based in Ontario (relocation likely to an amazing part of the Province).

This is a mission-critical leadership role overseeing end-to-end supply chain — from sourcing raw materials and packaging through to national distribution and retail delivery.

This role is for someone who: Owns strategic sourcing + supplier negotiations at scale Understands perishables, food manufacturing, and cold chain logistics Has led 3PLs, transportation networks, and warehousing operations Can balance cost, quality, service levels, and food safety compliance You’ll be responsible for: Procurement strategy across ingredients, packaging, and co-manufacturing Supplier relationships, contracts,
