Purpose: The Concierge provides customer services and general administrative support at the main Schulich School of Business and McEwen Concierge Desks under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Education: Completion of High School diploma.
Experience: A minimal level of front desk and customer service experience is required.
Skills: - Ability to communicate with others to explain and share information. - Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities. - Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to learn and use a variety of computer applications. - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
