Job Description To provide quality patient care to paediatric patients and their families.

Current Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario BCLS required at time of hire Minimum 2-5 years recent Paediatric experience required PALS certificate an asset.

Related courses in paediatric nursing preferred.

Venipuncture and therapy skills.

Demonstrated ability to work with families.

Demonstrated ability to support the breastfeeding woman.

Breastfeeding certificate required.

Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize.

Cross-training to Maternal Child Unit an asset.





Good team player.

Satisfactory employment and attendance record.

The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing setting and should be ready to drive change and innovation.

We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.
